INSTALLATION
Our team will also ensure your pieces are perfectly set up, including sideboards, cupboards, closets, beds, sofa-beds, dining tables, bookshelves, and TV units.
* Excluding international deliveries and the installation of ceiling-mounted products, such as pendant lamps.

TIMEFRAMES
Products available in our showroom are delivered within approximately 2 to 5 business days.
For made to order products, delivery usually takes around 3 to 4 months from the date of order confirmation. This timeline reflects the handmade production by Ligne Roset artisans in private ateliers in southeastern France, followed by subsequent shipment to you.

We strive to ensure you have the best possible experience with our products. However, we completely understand that sometimes they may not fully meet your expectations.

RIGHT TO RETURN
If this happens, you have the right to return the product(s) within 14 days from the delivery date without any need to provide a reason. If the 14-day period ends on a non-working day, it will be extended to the next business day.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Furniture made to order and specially crafted with your chosen materials, colors, finishes, covers, dimensions, or configurations is unfortunately not eligible for returns.
So we encourage you to take all the time in the world to make your decision. Your confidence and happiness with your choice mean the world to us.

ORDER CANCELLATION
For made to order products, you may cancel your order within 7 days from the date of purchase.

PROCESS INITIATION
To initiate either process, simply send your request to returns@ligneroset.ee, and we will be happy to assist you.

REFUND
Once we receive your request, we will initiate your refund right away. While refunds are usually processed within 2-3 days, you can expect to receive the full amount no later than 14 days from the date of your request.

RETURN DELIVERY
Once you send your return request, please ensure that small products eligible for return via standard postal services are sent back to us within 14 days of your request to Tartu Maantee 6, 10145, Tallinn. Rest assured, we’ll cover all postal delivery fees. For larger furniture — such as armchairs, sofas, beds, sofa beds, sideboards, cupboards, closets, or dining tables — that require special handling, our team will arrange a free collection from your location at a time that’s convenient for you.

TIME PERIOD
Every Ligne Roset® product purchased directly from our website is protected by a 2-year non-transferable warranty, exclusive for the original purchaser.

RESOLUTIONS
Once your claim is processed, we will prioritize repairing or replacing the defective product.
If repair or replacement is not possible, causes significant inconvenience, or cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, we kindly offer the following solutions:
