Return of goods

  1. The consumer is entitled within 14 days to notify the seller of the intention to withdraw from the contract and demand the refund of the total amount paid. Purchased goods cannot be returned if the ordered goods are made taking into account the consumer’s personal needs. Returned goods must not be used and must be in original packaging.
  2. To return the goods, an email must be sent to info@daydream-salong.ee. The letter must contain the following information: the item to be returned, the order number and the bank account to which the money will be returned. The amount paid for the goods is returned to the buyer’s current account without delay, but no later than within 30 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract reaches the seller.
  3. In a case of non-conforming goods which do not conform to the specimen provided or are defective, the buyer is entitled to file a complaint and return the goods. In the case of goods that are defective, the consumer has the right to file a complaint to the seller within two years from the date of delivery of the goods. A complaint must be submitted promptly, but no later than within two months from the discovery of the defect.
    To help resolve later problems, the consumer should be sure to keep purchasing documents (invoices, contracts, etc.) that prove that they have been purchased from the Daydream Furniture online shop. The seller / service provider cannot solve the problem without proof of sale.
  4. Complaints regarding goods or services purchased from the e-shop must be sent to: Daydream OÜ, Tartu mnt. 6, 10145 Tallinn or to the e-mail address info@daydream-salong.ee. You can also return the item to the above address.
  5. In a case of defective product, the consumer is entitled to:
  6. Require first the free repair of the product or replacement of the product with new goods.
  7. Require a reduction or cancellation of the purchase price if: - the seller cannot repair or replace the goods; - the repair fails; - the seller has not eliminated the defect within a reasonable time; - a repair or replacement of the goods has caused unjustified inconvenience to the consumer.
    The seller is not responsible for the defects of the goods caused by the use, maintenance or violation which are not in conformity with the purpose of the goods.

The buyer is able to choose the option of receiving the item:
